SIMILAR CSP-SOLAR ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT

 

The well known  renewable energy and hi-tech company ABENGOA SOLAR, French oil company TOTAL  and national electricity agent of UAE (Masdar ) issued a Joint venture agreement to build a 100 MW CSP-Parabollic plant in Abu-Dhabi. The project’s name is Shams 1. The cost of this electrification Project is € 600 Million ( Six hundred million euro ). Shams-1- doesn’t include electricity collection module and also transmission of electricity. If this Project was using Fresnel technology and including 24hrs electricity collection like SEFA-Niger then the cost would be € 1 Billion.

So, this strongly shows the advantage of SEFA Project,  and importance of AfroTurk.

PS : Same company ABENGOA agreed with Arizona government to build 250 MW CSP plant in Arizona USA. Barack Obama issued $ 1,250,000,000 ( One billion two hundred and fifty million us dolar ) payment guarantee to federal government.
