COUP D ETAT IN NIGER

In Niger, the army announced the coup d etat on television. In the announcement, it was announced that the constitution was abolished, all institutions were suspended and borders were closed.

Colonel Amadou Abdramane, spokesman for the Niger Army, said on television Wednesday, speaking in French with nine uniformed soldiers behind him:

"We, the defense and security forces, as the National Homeland Protection Council, have decided to put an end to the regime you know."

It was stated that the worsening of the security situation and the mismanagement of the government at the economic and social level were influential in the decision to end the regime.
In the announcement, it was announced that the physical and moral integrity of the dismissed people will be respected in accordance with the principles of human rights, and it was stated that all previous commitments of Niger will be respected.
