Electricity problem is the main reason of all seen major problems in Africa. Most of African countries use expensive, old and dirty technologies like diesel systems. This causes intermittent electricity in most hours of a day, extremely expensive electricity cost and most of people don't have electricity. However electricity is an absolute requirement to let Africa have it's own factories. Then Africans can produce main necessary commodities, can manipulate rich local raw metarials and meet with high technologies. These concepts are major MDGs ( Millennium Development Goals ).  Developed countries very well know that energy and environment matters are the most important problems in the future. Therefore all of them focused on renewable energy sources to produce electricity. Africa have the richest renewable energy sources of the world. Obviously solar energy is the major one. Even European Union's DESERTEC project ( € 400 Billion front budget ) is to build solar energy plants in Africa and carry electricity to Europe. DESERTEC will use CSP ( Concentrated Solar Power ) technology which is the best system. Afroturk Business Council SEFA team completed BP process including CSP-Fresnel model. Even began preparations to build and activate this wonderful system in all African countries.
