3. When you pay our service fee, we either send you the detailed evaluation report via email or meet with you face to face according to your request.
4. After the first detaied evaluation meeting we sign service agreement

* We evaluate your demands/LOIs under the absolute Non Circumstance & Non Disclosure Principal. So all your informations are 100% confidential.
* ELIC is a global lawyers company which head office is in Istanbul Turkiye. Therefore, we follow all working and pricing steps according to Istanbul Bar Association’s 41/15 resolution in the date of 06.07.2023
* Istanbul Bar Association changes the official tariffs in every 6 months. But when we sign the agremeent, all service fees will be fixed of the current resolution date. So there will not be any change.

(“BRIEF”-SERVICE TARIFFS FOR PROJECT FINANCING)
A) THE FIRST STAGE
When ELIC committe approve your demand which you should send your detailed demand to info@erikelhukuk.com, we will keep in touch with you asap, about an immediate meeting. Simply we name this stage as definition and prescription of the demand with all details.
- If reporting via e-mail: 10.000 TRY
- If In ELIC’s Office: 5.200 TRY for the first one hour and 3.500 TRY for each following hour. The supposing meeting period is 4 hours long and so the asking fee will be 15.700 TRY.
- If in Istanbul But Out of ELIC’s Office: 8.500 TRY for the first one hour and 4.500 TRY for each following hour. (inc.all travel ie expenses) The supposing meeting period is 4 hours long and so the asking fee will be 22.000 TRY.
- If Out of Istanbul But In Turkiye: 30.000 TRY for the first day and 6.000 TRY for each following day. (excluding travel and accommoditation expenses)
- If Out of Turkiye: U$D 4,000 for the first day and U$D 500 for each following day
B) THE SECOND STAGE
We are preparing Business Plan, Executive Summary, EBITDA, proposal documents and even Preliminary/Concept Design (if needs) according to financial institution’s instructions as addition of the service fee (s) and external costs mentioned in the first stage.
- BP, Exc Sum/EBİTDA : 100.000 TRY/full set (if preliminary/concept design is fully ready)
- Preliminary/Concept Design: N/A due to project’s essentials
C) THE THIRD STAGE
When the parties totaly agreed and both trust and approval mutually created for finalisation of the transaction; official mandateship will be required to finalise the case with creditor.
- Mandateship Fee: U$D 1,000 ~ U$D 5,000/month (due to project’s situation)
- Commission: 5% (when financial placement done)
(“BRIEF”-SERVICE TARIFFS FOR FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS)
A) DUE DILLIGENCE STAGE
When you want to sell or buy any financial instrument it’s required to check the fresh possibilities for t he realistic evaluation. Such like; ownership’s confirmation, gross/net value, market’s acceptance etc.. The tarif of this stage is given in below:
- If reporting via e-mail: 10.000 TRY

We buy or sell the financial instrument you want with your Power Of Attorney and realise the investment placement in the best conditions. The tarif of this stage is given in below:

2) Buy: Official costs/Expenses+ 3 % commission
