3. SPECS:

* +1kg Net after removal of water and salts; before packing: 90 % Min.

* -1kg Net after removal of water and salts; before packing: 10% Max

* 2~3% Moisture

4. PREPERATION PROCESS

* The omassum will be seperated within 20 minutes after cutting of the cattle

* Washing, salting, packing ie processes will be done in a clean warehouse which will fit the sanitary conditions

* Fat, particulars, dirtiness ie will be cleaned by water asap without using any chemicals

* Salt will be applied evenly in the omasum and keep plenty of salt

* Salt will be removed from omassum with several washings with only salted clean water

* Removal of the water with pressing methods

* All progress might be conrollable by formal inspector, experts and importer

5. PACKING: 40 and/or 50 kg PP Bag

6. QUANTITY: 40” fcl (28,000kgs ) conteiner(s)/month

7. DELIVERY TERM: Cost & Freight 

8. PAYMENT TERM: 100% At Sight Documentary Letter of Credit/Divisible&Transferable (contractual & conditional)

9. LOADING TIME: 40 days (+/- 5 days optional) after receipt of LC

11. PROCEDURE:

* Importer sends us his/her detailed LOI with consideration of main notes in above, via email or whatsup

* We send him our FCO/LC Draft Contract and Proforma Invoice via e-mail or whatsup within 24 hours of the receipt

* Importer lets his/her bank to send confirmation of our FCO/LC Draft Contract to our bank via SWIFT within 5 working days of the receipt

* We let our bank to send acceptance of the contractual/LC to importer's bank via response SWIFT within 24 hours of the receipt

* Importer lets his bank to send LC to our bank within 24 hours of the receipt

* We start collection of fresh-cut omassum due to notes in above same day of the receipt

* Importer is free to supervise all progress and quality of omassums before loading

* We load products to conteiner within receipt of SGS and/or importer's final approval about quality of the product

* We deliver conteiner(s) to transportation company and present all documents to our bank for liqudiation of the LC

12. NOTES

* We are not a factory. So we do not keep stocks in our warehouse

* We don't apply freezing and/or shocking progress to omassums

* Our CIF offer is valid for 40" RF (Refrigerated Conteiners in 0-4c celcius degree)
